My name is Wayne and I was born in Lower Hutt, New Zealand. I have an MBA and pre-doctoral qualifications in management research from Waikato University. After almost 10 years in the early childhood profession, I formed NZ Best Childcare Centres ltd in 2010 with the aim of offering the best services for families in the local community. I believe that mutual respect and shared goals are essential traits in lasting and productive relationships.
I also believe that each community has its own unique needs and characteristics. We are in constant collaboration with families to understand what features are important to them and how we can improve our service so families can lead full and productive lives while knowing their children are in capable and caring hands. My role as the company owner and director is to provide the facilities and resources necessary so that our great team of education and care professionals can continue to provide the best possible service to you and your family. I come from a large close family and I have a beautiful wife and two lovely children that motivate me to do the best I can in all that I do.
